So Chun-Li gotta be Venom's therapist, not allowing herself to be overwhelmed by it anger and trauma, but also learning from the Symbiote Hive-Mind what the Marker did to this world and much more.

Chun-Li's okay with the chocolate eating bit but is still squeamish about biting heads off, and Juri's never going to let her live down the lobster tank incident.

Bison will step on the Maker for free, but only because she wants to crush his skull.

I wonder what ultimate Juri would be like. I imagine if her father wasn't killed, she would be a polite, law-holding woman.

Dude Guyman said:

She was a Tae Kwon Do podigy as a child even before the weird prostethic eye stuff that made her able to fight off way stronger, more skilled people, so ironically she'd be one of the more normal tournament fighters.

On the surface Juri Han seems normal as well as a damn good fighter and the Korean pride of the Hi No Kuni, but the pressure is finally started to show itself and is one bad fight away from going crazy on everyone.

I haven't seen a world map of the New Ultimate's Earth, but, if Korea is part of Hi No Kuni and the region is as Japanese-centric as it seems, life might not be so great on the Korean peninsula. Imperial Japan's history with its neighbor was extremely exploitative, to put it mildly, and if Japan retained control over Korea after World War II or regained it later as part of the Maker's reshaping of the world order it would be surprising if there aren't tensions.

I thought it was agreed on that Sagat became dardevil?

That was just an idea I had, but to expand upon it with some of the feedback Historyman 14 provided...

The Maker's Council and their underlings knew that the World Fighting Tournament was dangerous. Although only a few among its competitors in the original timeline wielded power capable of threatening them, the tournament's potential to rally the world's strongest fighters and drive them to greater and greater heights of skill could not be underestimated. At the same time, they also knew that the title of world champion was too strong an allure to do away with completely. Whether it was the World Fighting Tournament or another tourney, there would inevitably be an international martial arts contest.

As such, they moved to co-opt it instead. They organized their own tournaments, sponsored corporate-owned dojos and fighters, and commercialized everything. The fighters who wouldn't get with the program were sidelined or otherwise minimalized, but there was one fighter who refused to cooperate that they could not ignore – Sagat, the Emperor of Muay Thai. He stood in resolute opposition to the direction they were taking martial arts in and had the skill, the money, and the reputation to fight back. So it was that the Maker's Council decided to make an example of him and attack him in his home.

According to the official reports, local crime syndicates murdered Sagat because he refused to be bought. Unofficially, rumors and urban myths say that the Children of the Eternal Light sent a strike force into his mansion to assassinate him. Nobody knows how many Sagat fought, but they all agree that the fight ended when the Hulk himself came forward and tore out Sagat's remaining eye. They then left him for dead and set his house on fire, expecting him to perish in the flames as a warning to any martial artist brave enough to defy them.

For a lesser man, that would've been the end. For Sagat, however, it was his moment of rebirth. Burned, blinded, and on the edge of death, he channeled his rage and fury into desperate strength and when that still wasn't enough he called upon all his training for a moment of pure focus...and in that moment and with his eyes that could not see, he saw the ultimate spiritual state—the Power of Nothingness—that was still beyond him but not impossible to reach.

He disappeared that night, but soon legends began to spread in the countryside and other distant parts of Asia of a wandering yaksha, a "devil jaguar" seeking out the masters of esoteric martial arts hiding in their seclusion to learn from them. Whereas before Sagat had largely trained his body, now he trained his mind and spirit with equal fervor to overcome his blindness and grasp the power he briefly glimpsed that fateful day. With it, he would restore sanctity to the martial arts and expose the teachings of the Children of the Eternal Light that promised peace as the falsehoods that they are in the face of true inner peace.

And so it was that in a world where Matt Murdock never became Daredevil, a champion still stepped forward to become the man without fear.
