@GetSpectrum raised the prices of their Internet without warning. I’ve had two kids at home since March. Our internet service cuts out at least once a day. We only have internet and we pay $80 for crappy service 🙄🙄

@GetSpectrum Your wifi service sucks ******* hairs and is literal dog water, ya'll ain't **** without the dodger channel I really miss @Verizon ya'll was on some goat **** level wifi and had zero lag. Now I cant even log into a zoom meet without my whole wifi box catching fire.

@GetSpectrum is it your policy to cancel someone's service when they call about transferring services? Was told I had to wait until next week to schedule transfer but your rep decided to cancel my service all together and now they can't reactivate.

@CharterCom @getspectrum so what I want when I want, but dvr clips last 10 minutes from mystery of oak island. when I use the app to try to catch the end of it I find I can't skip to the end. I have to watch all those stupid commercials! this sucks!

@Ask_Spectrum It's ridiculous that a current customer has to affirmatively opt-out of sales calls offering services that the customer already has. And now, just like clockwork, I get ANOTHER autodialer call 10 min after the last one. Great customer service, @Ask_Spectrum!
